The 860,000 sq. ft. open-air Otay Ranch Town Center is made up of four uniquely themed areas highlighting distinct California flavors. The Garden Court is located on the west side of the mall and features a popular mix of traditional retailers. The Center Court area, which is in the central location of Otay Ranch Town Center, features fashionable retailers, a food pavilion, party space, fountains, chalk garden, and a fireplace. The Entertainment Court, which is located on the east, includes a book store, first class restaurants and a 12-screen AMC Theatre Cineplex. Last but not least, the Lifestyle Row features upscale lifestyle retailers and is located on the far west side of the mall.
